Acornman Productions is a very small, zero budget movie producing group. It was started by two eighth grade boys in 2003 when they did a video project for English. These two pioneers were Mark Halvorson and Dan Beckmann. Their first production (a mock preview for a non existant movie called "Wilson") was a huge success and launched them into stardom at Nicollet Jr. High School. Over time, Mark became less interested in the movie making business, and Dan was left alone to run all of the properies. Dan Beckmann is now the Director, Editor, Scriptwriter, Producer, and lead Actor of Acornman Productions.
